Oversee daily dispatch, route optimisation, and driver performance across our Riyadh hub. You'll coordinate with warehouse teams, manage SLA compliance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage import/export documentation, liaise with ZATCA and Saudi Customs, and ensure all cross-border shipments meet regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of GCC customs procedures is essential.

Drive new business acquisition and grow key accounts across industrial, retail, and FMCG sectors. You'll develop freight proposals, negotiate contracts, and hit revenue targets in a fast-moving market.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients operating across the GCC corridor. Responsibilities include QBRs, renewal negotiations, upsell planning, and executive relationship management.

Build and maintain our internal TMS, shipment tracking APIs, and customer-facing portal. Stack: React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. You'll work directly with operations teams to solve real freight problems.

Turn operational data into insight. You'll build dashboards, run route profitability analyses, and deliver reports to senior leadership to support network expansion decisions.

Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness. You'll partner with operations and commercial teams on cost analysis, fuel hedging strategy, and capex planning.

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle for our freight contracts — from invoice generation to collections. You'll work closely with our Key Account Managers to resolve billing queries quickly.
